1. Based on your reflections, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal wellbeing), where do you rate your A-physical wellbeing, B-spiritual well-being, C- psychological well-being? Why?
I reflect my (a) physical well-being as being an 6 due to working out (running & weight training) and eating large variety of foods such as fish, lots of fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds and whole grains. (b) My spiritual well-being also is in the 6 range. I feel through prayer, yoga and quiet time spent in meditation enlightens my spiritual being, the more time I spend acknowledging it. (c) My psychological well-being is very healthy due to my physical and spiritual well-being which is in the same range, 6.
I feel there is always room for improvement so I am just above the middle range. I do believe through an in-depth focus toward enhancing my physical, spiritual and psychological well-being would be the best thing I will ever do for myself.
2. Develop a goal for yourself in each area (physical, spiritual, psychological).
A goal in my physical life is to spend more time tapping into eastern medicine practices so that I can become more aware and practice integral health techniques and yoga, deep breathing and meditation. This will lead me more into my spiritual connection which will enhance my mental capacity therefore unwavering mental focus into an unlimited world of health, healing and balance.
3. What activities or exercise can you implement in your life to assist in moving toward each goal?
Practice sitting quietly, sitting still and remain open-minded through positive reinforcements take anything is possible. More time or change physical activity to yoga, deep breathing and meditation can definitely assist me in move toward my goal.

The Crime of the Century was very beneficial and necessary at this time. I could see each of the colors of the prism of the Rainbow color chart as they were mentioned. Each meditated thought, “Red-I feel grounded”, “Orange-I feel centered” “Yellow-I feel loved”, “Emerald Green-I chose to love”, Aqua Blue-My life has a meaningful purpose”, “Indigo Blue-I feel balanced”, and “Violet-I feel connected”. Once each of the colors was described and the brilliant white light surrounding my body, I felt very peaceful, relaxed and calm.
